- Suitable for pool tile, natural or colored concrete, exposed aggregate, pool deck, grout, travertine, granite, marble, porcelain, limestone, masonry, quarry, saltillo, slate, terra cotta, sandstone, brick and pre-cast stone.
- Recommended: Always use full strength. Do Not Dilute.
- Surface is safe for walking on after 1 hour.
- Easy to Apply with a brush.

- Apply Neutral Seal with brush, roller, or airless sprayer
- Always use full strength – DO NOT DILUTE
- Two coats are recommended. Allow to dry to touch before applying additional coats
- Surface can be walked on after 1 hour
- Let cure for 24 hours before applying standing water (Fountain, Pool , or Spa)
